Marathon Training Begins June 16, 2019
Routes and track workouts will be sent out in advance. We will be following our own training program, However, weekly runs are based on Hal Higdon's Novice Marathon training program for Chicago Marathon. All extra mileage for intermediate/Advanced training is done before or after the group run.
The route is planned to include several water stops including a recovery stop. Every participating member is asked to sign up for one or more stop
Structured group runs are held every Sunday throughout the year. The group meets between 6:30am and 7:30am depending on the time of year. You must be on the group email list to get exact time and location. Email the program directors email@example.com for any questions or to be added to the list.
